Click Register. Xero will redirect you back to the Pay employees page. In the Payroll menu, select Pay employees. In the message about Changes to the way you report payroll information to the ATO , click Get started. To reopen the message, click Setup Single Touch Payroll. This new streamlined one-touch payroll reporting to the ATO will make it easier for employers to meet payroll processing obligations, and employees to view their information and lodge annual tax returns.
